I was contacted by an external recruiter for the role at K2P and then went on to a Zoom interview with the CEO. She has a great perspective on the education industry within the medical field and how K2P can help solve longstanding gaps in how education is consumed and utilized. We talked about my experience in the field, K2P’s needs/goals relative to product marketing and the company mission/history. After meeting with Mary Ellen I met with the Chief Product Officer. We discussed product releases, launches, sales enablement and other items related to product marketing. Overall the interviews went well. I was outside of their salary range so they declined to move forward but I had a solid interview experience and enjoyed learning more about the company.
