Entrevista
First is a management interview to do an overall view of the candidate and their experience and to set expectations on both party's' parts. Typically, certain skills are the focus of the interview such as CISCO, VMware or Microsoft. Second, a technical interview follows with a staff instructor. Third, the candidate does an in classroom presentation and peer review.

Technical questions focus on both the candidate's understanding of the technology, the courseware current in the market place and how the candidate would explain a technology or deal with a classroom situation. Example: What is a DNS zone? What is a SharePoint Content Type?
