Let's say you have a .NET Core application using Entity Framework 6 and you're noticing just an unacceptable amount of locking - not table locks, but page locks for the most part.
What would be your process for debugging this issue, finding and proving root cause, and then resolving it?
Do you enjoy learning new things (WCF is very nimble and very fast-paced as an organization)? For example, we're working on transitioning some backend software to Golang and Node, moving some frontend software from Angular7 to React, and continuing to take advantage of stack components that serve us in the best possible fashion. How would you work in that kind of fast-paced environment?
