Was first contacted by HR for this new position that opened up. Original resume was submitted for a previous different internship but this one was more relevant. First round was on the phone with director who requested for an intern. 30 minutes interview involving mostly social conversations about common interests. Received a second round office invite from HR the following week. Went in and spoke with two directors; 45 minutes each; one was from first round; both were easy to talk to. Behavioral questions that followed with tangents on other related subjects. Got a call from HR the following day with an offer.
