      Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 5 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Koch (Bengaluru) em ago. de 2020

      Entrevista

      Please read this carefully before attending this interview and then think twice. I got a call from Career net for an opportunity with KOCH. There was totally 4 rounds and the process took 5 weeks to complete. The first round was taken by HR and asked about your current Job, what you know about KOCH and its MBM principles. Then I was shortlisted for 2 round which is technical. They gave 2 case studies to implement with C#. I completed it and was shortlisted for the 3rd round which is a Panel round with US people. Here they asked about your current job and some of the behavioral questions. And the last round with Indian panel in which they again repeated asking behavioral question and MBM principles of KOCH. In each round you will given some points and after all the rounds I got a response that feedback was not positive. Have some common sense to let the candidate know about the interview feedback. When ever I followed up with HR, they don't respond correctly, they don't follow up to the email's and lot of attitude over a call. Some of the HR's in this company are recently joined and they don't even know about KOCH and ask some rubbish question to candidates. If you guys are more concerned only on MBM principles, then its better to go and hire class 12 people even they will have good communication. Please don't waste the precious time of Engineers especially for experienced people. Finally I feel pity about KOCH because you don't deserve people like me. I finally got a very good Offer from SIEMENS than KOCH. Moral: Ignore who doesn't respect your time and values.

      1rd HR - Go through the MBM principles of the KOCH, they will push you to next round. 2rd Technical: Small case studies. Even if you are mid level or average level C# developer you will clear it. Don't worry. Technical interview is not so tough. 3rd Panel: Some behavioral questions and about your current job. 4rd indian Panel(HR will take): Again know the MBM principles thats it. They don't know other than this and the HR who did this was recently joined and he also don't know much.

During our hiring process, we use behavior-based interviewing to determine if a candidate’s values and beliefs are consistent with MBM Principles; and skills & knowledge meet requirements for the role.
