I had a phone interview and the interviewer was very friendly. She asked a lot of questions that were based on past experiences and situations I had with coworkers and job difficulties. She wanted to know how I dealt with conflict with past coworkers or bosses. She asked what was my strength and weakness.

The interview process is relatively easy. For internships, you'll have 2 interviews, and full-time applicants have 4 interviews. The questions are largely behavioral (the company believes in teaching on the job, especially for entry-level roles). The biggest thing is that you showcase yourself as a problem solver and quick learner. The questions are almost entirely behavioral. Get comfortable with the SBO format (similar to STAR method) for answering questions.
It was 4 interviews in 1 day. Ranging from character interviews to technical interviews. They want to know you know their core principles that they list out on their website.

The process is in several stages. A screening with Human Resources. A phone technical screening with the hiring manager and then an on-site panel interview with individuals directly related to the role and some outside of the immediate role relationships.
