There were 4 rounds, 1) Technical Discussion with AI 2) Presentation (Demo) (Human) 3) English , Accent test 4) Analytical skills, they told me to find the difference between 2 pictures. Then 4 English sentences to find the errors and rectify it.

Entrevista
I applied for an HR role, and it was a complete nightmare. For a remote position, they made us travel all the way to Gurgaon and when I got there, there was no system, no coordination, nothing. I had to wait nearly 2 hours while some random staff member shuffled CVs however he wanted, not caring who arrived first as about 50 candidates waited for just two interviewers. Somehow, I was eventually shortlisted for the second round
After a week, I finished my second interview and got no feedback, just a message that the position was on hold. After weeks of silence, they suddenly asked me to do an assignment. I completed it, and again the position was put on hold. During all this, I kept checking in with the junior HR. she was nice, but she clearly had no idea what was going on because the upper HR manager kept changing decisions every few days.
This dragged on for 1.5 months, and even when they told me I’d got the job, the very next day they said the position was on hold again. Honestly, the HR upper management is irresponsible & lacks accounbility they don’t care about candidates’ time or effort.
Don’t waste your time applying here. The entire process is chaotic, unprofessional and shows zero respect for candidates.
