I interviewed yesterday morning and was offered the position then. I was informed I would receive an email within 48 hours. I received the email this afternoon and I accepted the offer. The interviewer was very nice and I was asked easy questions. I think if you have previous retail experience you can easily get a job there.

Group interview in conference room of the store. Very calm atmosphere with two of the managers and easy questions . About Kohl's history and past experience with customer service. They went around the room and everyone took turns answering and told us asked the people who passed the interview to stay afterwards.
