I applied online. After a couple of weeks passed, I called the hiring manger and asked how the hiring process was going. I was told to keep on the look out for an email regarding an interview for the job. I am still eagerly waiting for an email after calling back twice to follow up on the position I was interested in.

About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
