First interviewed by a manager who asked questions about why I wanted to work there, what I expected, told me about the policies, etc. Then he sent me off to be interviewed by another person who was of a higher status, I think? He basically asked the same questions and wrote some things down. They then proceeded to ask me about my schedule and made me fill out consent forms and a piece of paper telling them what hours I was to be available if hired.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Entrevista
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
