Filled out an Online application. Was emailed a response a couple days later to schedule an interview from a variety of dates and times. Showed up at customer service and waited the manager to take us in for interview. It was a group interview of 8 people. Everyone introduced themselves and then we answered questions and discussed them. Still waiting to hear from them via email.

Was a relatively easy interview, they just tell you the duties and will probably hire you right after the interview. Super duper basic stuff that anyone could do you’ll just be sorting clothes unloading the truck and whatnot nothing that you can’t handle.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to work here
I was contacted via email for a virtual interview. I signed up for a date and time and proceeded to wait. I logged in but no one showed up. The site kept cutting off because no one entered the interview platform. I never heard back from Kohl's.

Entrevista
It was a video interview and very short. Sounded promising but they emailed me that I did not get the job. I am very presentable and engaging. I did not understand why they wouldn't hire for a seasonal worker who shows up has reliable transportation an wants to work.
