Applied online at the end of March. I am posting this at the end of may, need I say more. I was told they would be filling the position at the end of april. When I didn't hear I reached out to my contact there who told me they were still conducting interviews and due to vacations, there were some hold ups. ok. Then a friend of mine called me to tell me they reached out to him through a recruiter and offered him the job. Was interesting that I was still waiting to hear. Finally got my letter at the end of May at 5pm. If you get to interview in person don't wait longer than 4 weeks for a response.

Phone screen with corporate office HR director followed by on-site interview with the director, senior ops manager, HR manager. You interview with each person one on one then meet the training supervisor for a walk-through of the entire facility. Each person gets 30 to 40 minutes with you one-on-one then a group discussion to review afterwards .
