Entrevista
It was a great experience. They asked meaningful questions that related to the job being applied for. No gotcha questions. They were straight to the point of your particular expertise. They were very friendly and answered all questions you may have had.
Interview with assistant and store manager. Talk about previous experience and where I see myself in the future. Do I want to move up with the company. Talked about handing difficult situation.

Questions that they ask are fairly easy. Would consider your typical interview questions; Availability, when can you start, why kohls?, customer service questions, loyalty or credit experience?, strengths and weaknesses, etc...)

Entrevista
The total interview process took about 3 weeks. It started with an initial phone interview with the Corporate recruiter, then a phone interview with the DSM and finally a face to face interview with the Store Manager and DSM. Be prepared to talk about your resume and successes.opportunities within the resume.
