I was asked about my background, and experience. What I was looking for. A few questions from the Manager. Strong points and weaknesses. I also was asked what my expectations were of the job. Pay, she would try to be negotiable and get me what I wanted. It was close.
Interview with assistant and store manager. Talk about previous experience and where I see myself in the future. Do I want to move up with the company. Talked about handing difficult situation.

The total interview process took about 3 weeks. It started with an initial phone interview with the Corporate recruiter, then a phone interview with the DSM and finally a face to face interview with the Store Manager and DSM. Be prepared to talk about your resume and successes.opportunities within the resume.
