I didn't actually get an interview. I got a call asking for an interview and the woman told me the date and time of the group interview. Right before I was about to end the call, she quickly asked me if I was only doing this as a summer job. I said I was and then she told me they were only looking for long-term employees and to not even bother coming to the group interview (her exact words).
Not sure why she even called me back as I indicated on the application that I was only available during the summer months, so it should've been obvious that this would've been a summer job for me.

I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Entrevista
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
