Multiple group Interviews with managers and directors. Process went fairly quickly and the response was within a week as to the next steps. It was a little intimidating going to the corporate offices as there are over 4500 people there, but the entire process went smoothly.

Entrevista
My interview experience didn’t go as professionally as I expected. I arrived for the scheduled interview, but the store manager, who was responsible for it, wasn’t in the office that day. They seemed to have forgotten about the interview. A manager who was there stepped in to take responsibility so I wouldn’t waste my time traveling, but it felt rushed and informal. She wasn’t familiar with the position I applied for, and the overall atmosphere gave the impression of a laid-back management style.

Entrevista
First round interview was with one person for 30 minutes, pretty basic questions, felt very comfortable. Second and final interview was with two people, talking to each for 30 minutes. Once again, the questions were pretty easy, asking about my favorite classes in school and why I wanted to work there.
