Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Kohl's em jan. de 2016
Entrevista
I went to an open hiring fair on my college campus. I had already filled out an interview online, so I just waited with some other students until I was called. The interviewer (who was the main manager I ended up working with) asked me some pretty simple questions about my availability and my prior job experience.
It seemed to go well so she told me to expect an email in the near future. A week later or so I received an email with a link asking for information so that they could conduct a background check. About a week after that I got an email with an offer, and a link where I could accept or deny the offer. Either with that email or maybe a few days later I got another email with open slots for orientation where I could pick when I was available to come in. Overall from interview to orientation (not training), it was a little over two and a half weeks.

Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
