Entrevista
Had to go through two interviews. First was a face to face and second was with a group of other students along with 5 interviewers. The group interview had a presentation we had to show the interviewers. After the group interview I had another one on one with the Regional District Manager for another interview.

What was your greatest achievement? Explain a time when you had a manager tell you to do something you didn't agree with and how you handled that situation.
Very easy interview process involving potentially two conversations, one with a store manager and another with the district manager allowing both to get a feel of what you are looking for in a management role.
This was a normal and easy interview with typical questions: tell me about yourself, difficult time, communication, delegating tasks, etc. Very kind and personable interviewer which made the process fly by!

Was asked basic questions about how I interact with people and what my reaction would be to certain situations. overall it was an easy interview and I feel like anyone with a bubbly personality could do well
