Filled out the online application and received a call for a group interview a month later. The group interview was with a store manager and there were four other applicants being interviewed as well. The questions were easy and simple basically about current employment, what your availability was, and if you could particularly work weekends and holidays. It's a little over a week later and I still haven't heard back.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Entrevista
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
