Applied online. Group interview with three other people given by a manager and a trainer. Basic questions, easy to answer. Typical questions: What was a customer service situation you solved? What is good customer service? Why do you want to work at Kohl's?

Not too hard.Very friendly.Interview lasted about 25 mns.They asked me about my background,and few behavioral questions.Manager was very sympathetic and nice.It was a one round phone interview and the hiring process was fast.It was a part time job
Sit down with the manager. Asked basic questions and name time about various situations. Also, wanted to see your experience. Seemed like they like older people, and want more experience.
