Entrevista
I was one of the few people who got an individual interview with the store manager as opposed to a group interview. The interview was fairly standard and I was asked the basic questions. At the end of the interview I was asked which department I would like to work in and I said I would prefer Home/Kids but I would work POS if need be. I was hired on the spot and placed in Home/Kids.

I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

Entrevista
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
