Received a phone call interview but they proceeded to tell me that they just hired their last applicant and did not want to waste my time by going through with an interview when they couldn't offer me a position.
I understood but it didn't make sense or sit right with me that they would schedule an interview but made a decision before listening to each of their applicants' interviews.

It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Entrevista
Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
Goes over simple things like hobbies, skills, and weaknesses. They let you ask questions, and ask about past jobs and why you left. Overall it is an easy interview to sit through.
