You get a email and schedule a date. Then they call you to confirm your orientation date. You can bring your resume for reference. You will first greet the HHR upon entering and tell them you are the for an interview. Then you will meet the hiring manager

A group interview took place in a back room of the store. The managers had us fill out some paper work of basic info. They asked us to describe ourselves, why do we want to work here, then we were asked scenario based questions.
