It took about a month to get things rolling between my supervisor and human resources after I accepted the job offer. I had many questions throughout the onboarding process, and the human resources person for my department was very kind and prompt to answer each email in a timely manner.

Typical Campus Recruitment Process:
1. Targeted Campus Presentation and take resumes.
2. After two - three weeks, selected resumes holder got invitation for onsite written test.
3. Written test consists of personality & (data) analyze parts.
4. Advanced candidates would be invited for the second round - group case study & discussion, and one-to-one interview session.
5. Top performer would be invited for the final interview with HR manager
6. Received offer.
