Received an email from the recruiter asking for me to Sign up for a phone screening through a link. You need to join a Microsoft Teams call at the scheduled phone screening time for the initial phone screening.

Entrevista
Pretty basic interview process. Phone interview with recruiter, phone/video interview with hiring manager and final in person interview with hiring manager. Everything was set up pretty quick. Longest part was the Caliber assessment and background check verification.
It was a very heavy interview process. I had three separate interviews. One with the recruiter, one with hiring manager and a final interview where you met with 4 people in separate 30 min interviews. It was very quick with all interviews being within 2 weeks which was nice. It's been a month now and after going through the whole process I never heard back even after trying to get in touch with the recruiter. It's hard going through the process and having good interviews but never hearing back about whether or not you get the job. It doesn't leave you with a good impression with the company.
