I began my interview process in February of 2024. I interviewed a total of 7 times over the next 3 months and after my final interview I never heard back. I followed up with HR multiple times and was told they were “still wrapping up the interview process and hope to have an update soon.” I saw the job was reposted on their site and I continued to follow up and was told the same thing as before. I finally withdrew my candidacy after another month of waiting and receiving no updates. I found this to be very frustrating as 7 interviews takes a lot of time and energy. Leaving a candidate hanging in the balance is disrespectful and unprofessional.
