The worst job interview I ever experienced consisted of four rounds. The process felt unnecessarily lengthy and stressful. Surprisingly, the HR phone interview was not included in the initial stages, which left me feeling somewhat unprepared. Each round seemed to drag on, and by the end, I was left questioning whether the company truly valued applicants' time. Overall, it was a rather disappointing experience that made me rethink my enthusiasm for the position.
