I applied and then had to fill out a form. Took something like 20 mins. Next was a digital interview, about 30 mins, talked about my skills and experience and also my hobbies. The final interview was a 2-hour in-person interview with the director of sales. It was a conversation style meeting and flowed easily. We reviewed ALL my job positions, what drives me, my knowledge on Kompyte, and practical questions (i.e. how I qualified). Finished talking about our passions, like sports, nature, and animals! She also showed me around the office space. Finally, I sent my references. They WILL do a reference check, so have them ready.
