After having sent my CV, HR contacted me and invited me to a meeting. It was really nice and they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. We spoke in German, but they understood that my language knowledge wasn't at it's prime. Very nice people.

Simple interview first with the HR and the responsible manager. After that if they proceed they will contact you for a second round of interview which is a bit more technical.
