I've attended the interview in this company on April 2020 and they said that my profile got shortlisted for so and so role and for the next 2 month I didn't get any proper reply from this company. After few days again I got call from the HR Philip he said that again they want to have one Virtual round for formality purpose like that he said and I attend that round also interviewer asked me all the questions and I answered her questions. In the next step hr again said ur profile got shortlisted and for the second time he asked all my documents including my scl, clg and salary pay slips and I've shared those details to him after they asked my previous company HR contact info for background verification purpose and they spoke with my previous company hr. After that hr said you need to join the company within a week and they will be reliving the offer letter in 2 or 3 days with all respect of his words I spoke with my current company about the reliving. It's been almost 4 months I didn't get the offer letter from this company. Response from the hr Philip is like I didn't get approve form the management . My questions is you guys don't have the power making decision pls don't give the hope to the candidate and pls don't waste there time for the useless name sake interview round. Persons who wasted my time Philip, Sebastian and Poulami. DONT EVERE REPEAT THIS.
