Entrevista
The 'interview' section was a series of questions related to teaching and how I was finding my previous job (also teaching). They reiterated info on contract and gave a more detailed schedule of your workday. Discussed what they expected from you (lesson plans, student reports/comments..etc)
Had a one-on-one interview with the head of the branch. They had me do a mock-class in front of them and I had to teach Literature and Debate and all that.
I was asked a couple questions and talked about myself before asking questions about the school. They asked me the basic questions, why Korea, why do you want to teach, what are your experience and educational background. I felt that the process was more of a trying to get a sense of who I was as a person so there were not any scenario questions or questions about my teaching philosophy.
