Ghosting.
The recruiter(s) were very prompt in their emails and reply's and calls for the interview -- I did 3 rounds of screenings and interviews, and they made the point that they wanted to get me into the department -- even if it wasn't for the interviewed position. So, imagine my excitement.
I was excited about the company and the opportunity, telling my friends how excited I was that it was moving along, and then they ghosted.
I called the Recruiter - left messages, sent emails to no avail. I can understand completely not getting the job, I wish companies and recruiters understand that it only takes moments to respond or send an automated ATS message, be professional and give closure to the candidate and not ghost them. They literally just ghosted me -- and it was disconcerting and hurtful.
It stemmed from them asking me my salary range.
