Sent a compelling letter in English on a local Head Hunter website (in Russia) which was describing the role in English. Got back an invitation in Russian. Translated it and called the HR number. The lady asked if I speak Russian mentioning is mandatory. Well, that was not specified either in the role description or my CV.
Now I am wondering, how a consultancy firm with such results from driving superior performances through synchronizing talent and strategy, could be so superficial and amateur when headhunting their own future employees?
My feedback on the Moscow branch and the job interview? You probably know it!
