Tranquilo, entrevistadores muito transparentes, criam um ambiente natural durante a entrevista. Apresentaram a empresa bem como a vaga. Tratam o candidato de igual para igual, demonstram interesse e mantém contato durante todo o processo seletivo.
First round is senior Associate, will introduce the basic info of the company and team, then arrange a meeting for face 2 face talking, then managing director will do the final round.

Entrevista
I reached out someone on LinkedIn and then got replied, send over my cv to hr, then got a call asking for f2f interview wiz the team leader who replied me on LinkedIn. The whole interview took 1 hour, talked about previous job experience, why interested into k&f etc. basic questions, nothing special. then the guy introduced the whole company and the role I was applying for, what kind of work I'll do and see if I'll be still interested.
