Had three interviews. First one was with the store manager, second and third with somebody in HQ. They asked pretty general questions about management style, leadership capabilities and KPI’s. I’d say it’s important to prepare a bit and educate yourself on the brand. In the third interview, there was no definite answer on if they would contact me after. I was waiting and waiting for two weeks to hear back from them. I eventually had to reach out myself.

It was a quick 15 minute call with managers. Asked average questions, mostly to get to know you. I did not receive an offer even though they were impressed with my CV.
