The hiring process at The Kraft Heinz Company relies heavily on gimmicky “games” from Pymetrics that claim there are no right or wrong answers, yet still reject candidates based on hidden score cutoffs. It feels opaque and impersonal, more like an algorithm filtering people than a serious evaluation of skills or motivation. A poor candidate experience dressed up as innovation.

You see balloons appear on the screen.
Each time you pump a balloon, you earn more points.
But if you pump too much, the balloon pops and you lose the points for that round.
You must decide when to stop pumping and cash out.

Had to give a 7 minute panel presentation to 4 people who were higher up in the company about one of my biggest accomplishments. Very open ended. It was at a random time throughout the day of the info session.

Entrevista
Initial Cv screening followed by pymetrics games. If through these rounds you are through to pymetrics video interview which consisted of 4 questions. You had 2/3 mins to prepare each and 2/3 mins to respond to the question. After this round was an online face to face interview 30 mins basic STAR questions. A chance to gain a deeper insight into the role. Plenty of time to ask your own questions
