Very direct and consistent. There were 3 interviews and in all it felt like a conversation. Questions were really relevant and made possible for me to really expose my experience and expectations for the role.

Found if very efficient and informative. Asked open questions and gave good overview if the company. They made me feel at ease which was appreciated as I normally get very nervous at interviews.
