Application and then language, logic and math assessment. It's idiotic to ask people with 8 years working experience within the data analysis and market research to complete an assessment like that. If you assess people with 8 years experience through that approach then good luck finding the right candidate who would spend more then 1 hour to answer those questions. Despite that I completed the assessment (in a very superficial way considering I didn't agree with the approach as I rather prefer to get an job related assignment and talk with someone about the opportunity) and got gosthed by the "talent acquisition" department despite i followed up with an enquiry. I think it's a bit unprofessional and I will avoid to apply for future job.
