One phone screen, two video panels. Interviewers ranged from engaged to disinterested. Not a lot of probing questions, vanilla answers to my questions. I think (hope) it was the team and not the company as a whole.

Was asked basic fit questions. Recruiter said she practiced "radical candor" so she was very open and honest. This particular interview was more conversational and it really was a two way street
