Two, 30 minute interviews with HR Managers and an HR Director. Informal and felt very comfortable during. They don't negotiate much on initial salary offer. All of my interviewers are still at Kraft-Heinz (Legacy Kraft).

focalizzato sulla mia esperienza, sulle motivazioni personali e su domande situazionali, tipiche del metodo STAR (Situazione, Task, Azione, Risultato). Ho apprezzato che il recruiter fosse molto preparato e genuinamente interessato a capire il mio profilo e a verificare la mia aderenza ai valori aziendali, come l'orientamento alla performance e l'intraprendenza.

I interviewed with 3 members of the HR team, all in the same dark, damp, smelly room. Each interviewer made overtly racist remarks about the greater than 50% minority staff, and how particularly difficult it was to "deal" with them.
