One month process from start to finish. 1. Recruiter screen 2. Recruiting hiring manager int. 3. Sr. Recruiter int. 4. Take home assignment 5. Recruiter prep for live assignment 6. Interview w/ recruiting HMs for live assessment Interviews up to the take home and live assessment were standard meet and greets which were enjoyable. The take home however was both annoying both due to time you have to put into it and timeframe they give you to complete, already have a job with long hours and deliverables! Coupled with live assessment around sourcing demonstration and lack of follow up except an email rejection, is very off putting. Fine with not getting offer but after all that time put in with scheduling, interviews, assessment prep, final round, it would be nice to get some feedback other than generic rejection email from a recruiter I only spoke to once. No feedback on written assessment or the live assessment. Just a big waste of everyone's time.
