It was a chaotic interview process, including 8 peer type interviews with no real format. Then at the final stage they requested 2 business plans which I feel with hindsight was a liability. In the final interview the main hiring manager (after 3 months process) didn't even put his camera on. It appears Kraken have a mixed review on cultural fit (reports online) and I probably dodged a bullet, though at the time I was committed to the process.
