I was interviewed for this role on 19th May 2025 and I was the first candidate to be interviewed for this role. Initially the process was smooth and I cleared my first two rounds out of four. As soon as I moved forward to the third round i.e. practical exercise test they changed the location of this role from the UK to Ireland which ultimately resulted in automatic rejection. As UK market is very competitive and after lot of efforts and consistently applying for job applications I landed this interview and gave my best for every round at Kraken. This is extremely unprofessional that out of nowhere they changed the location in middle of the interview. I valued this company because they promote innovations, inclusion and remote work culture but now I'm very disappointed that after giving my 100% I have been rejected because of change in location. I'm also aware that my post will not change the decision of sudden location change. But I want aspiring candidates or current employees must be well aware of this. Hence, I will not be applying for any further roles at Kraken UK because it hurts when you get rejected in middle of an interview process (even after clearing most difficult rounds).
