The interview process took about three weeks: an initial screening, a technical challenge, technical interview and a final team fit interview. Communication was quick and transparent throughout the process. The interviews felt more like conversations, focusing on how you think, approach problems, and handle real situations, intereses in both your skills and mindset.

Excellent hiring process, very fast and well-organised. The process consisted of an initial HR call, followed by a take-home assignment which was then discussed in a technical interview. The final stage was a team interview which was a general chat about my motivation, past experiences, and how the company's approach to work would align with my views. All of the interviews felt more like a friendly conversation, and the interviewers were very open and took a lot of time to answer my questions too.
