I happened to walk in to see if they were hiring the day they happened to be having an open house for driver positions. While I was filling out the application, someone came over right away and was very friendly. She took my information and just talked to me a bit about what brought me in. Once I was done, I interviewed with a gentleman who was also very friendly. They informed me that they typically don't hire drivers with no experience, but he would speak with one of the other members of management to see what they could do for me. A few minutes later, while I was waiting in the large meeting area, the young woman came back out and asked me if I had time to take the two assessment tests that they give to potential new hires. I did that, notified her when I was done. She came back a few minutes later and asked me to come to the back to interview with another member of management. He offered me a position with the company. They are all very laid back and welcoming. Now I wait for the appointment to complete my pre employment drug screen, physical and background check. It seems like a wonderful place to work.
