I went through a multi-round interview process for a Solutions Architect role with Krasan Consulting. The interviews themselves went well — I was told my performance was "phenomenal" and was formally recommended for the final round by the hiring panel. What followed was a frustrating and disrespectful experience. The recruiter made two separate commitments to follow up by a specific time — April 16th and again April 21st — and did not follow through on either. No call, no email. I had to reach out myself both times to get any response. When I finally did hear back, I was told the role had been eliminated entirely because the company already had two people in similar positions. This decision apparently happened within the same week I was being prepped for a final interview. Candidates were never notified proactively — we were simply ghosted while the company figured out internally that the role shouldn't have been open in the first place. If you are interviewing through Krasan, be aware that roles may not be properly vetted before candidates are put through a lengthy process. Your time is valuable — factor that in.
