Interview was quite informal and not very organized. Interviewees did not have questions prepared and aimlessly hoped others would ask questions so they would not have to. It took a long time to hear back from HR between each communication. Pay was explained in salary terms and I was notified a week past my start date that I was in fact an hourly employee.
