We know our hiring process can be thorough, this is because we aim to build a full and unbiased assessment of candidates that gives them several opportunities to highlight their skills and abilities. We know people excel in interviews while others excel in assignments to showcase their skills. Understanding this can be very demanding, we have altered our process to better the candidate experience.
At the time of hiring for these roles, the VP of sales was unavailable to conduct a formal sales role play with you, which is why the process felt a bit demanding as I was trying to accommodate the schedule of the VP of sales by requesting two videos. We have learned from it and have now modified our hiring process: Candidate schedules meetings directly with the VP of sales.
We base pay and commission on industry standards and offer additional compensation features to employees.
