I went in for an interview and was shown the warehouse. I was happy with the work environment so I proceeded with the interview. I had a physical, drug test, and back ground check. During the physical, they checked my heart rate. They also had a strength test that was administered. I had to successfully move/life/place items on a designated area. The interview took around three hours including the assessment. I was then offered the job.

1. Applied Online [use Internet Explorer] 2. They called the next day, scheduled interview for a couple days later 3. Group Interview, not really an interrogation, more of a tour of warehouse. 4. Sat in room while everyone left the room individually for 1:1 interview 5. 1:1 interview consisted of typical generic interview questions, offered job. 6. Background check took a few days, came back for drug test in a week. 7. Training started in 2 weeks.
