I applied online early June and got scheduled for an interview at the end of June. It was a very basic interview - "why do you want to work here" and "tell me about yourself" kind of questions. Towards the end, I was given 3 sheets of paper with 3 available openings. I was asked to read the requirements of each position and decided if I'd like it or not. The employer emphasized to make sure I LIKED the position, otherwise it would hinder job performance. I chose Floral Clerk.

Convoluted, the position that I applied for was not actually present at the location I applied to and I was then coerced into interviewing for a different position and told that the hiring manager actually wanted people in a third position that I was uninterested in. The hiring manager did not respect the preferred name that I had listed in the "preferred name" section provided in the application, even with my polite reminder of "Please call me [name]" at the beginning of the interview. I declined to continue the interview after the third time I was called by my deadname.
